CASA MARTINI GUEST ROOMS

Located in the countryside, Casa Martini offers three guest rooms within the owner’s house, each with its own external entrance. The property also includes four holiday rentals.

Breakfast is served in the dining room, located in the veranda. It includes hot drinks, bread, pastries, dairy products, jams and fruit juice.

A minimum stay of two nights applies in April, May, June, September and October. A minimum stay of three nights applies in July and August.

The property includes:

• A fully enclosed 4,000 m² estate
• Outdoor furniture
• A relaxation lounge
• A swimming pool shared with the four holiday rentals, measuring 12 × 4 metres and ranging from 1.40 to 1.80 metres in depth
• A pool open throughout the rental season and heated from 1 April to 31 May and from 1 October to 31 October
• A safety cover for the swimming pool
• Shared parking
• A communal dining room in the veranda
• Air conditioning in the bedrooms
• Television in the bedrooms
• Wi-Fi

Access to the swimming pool is restricted to the guests listed in the rental agreement.

Check-out is before 10:00 a.m.

The tourist tax must be paid on site by the guest directly to the accommodation provider.
